Shipping policy
Processing Time All items are custom-made to order in our Virginia studio. Please allow 3-7 business days for creation and processing before your item ships. Processing time begins after payment confirmation and does not include shipping transit time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Domestic (US): Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days after processing ($10 flat rate)
- International: Delivery takes 10-15 business days after processing ($25 flat rate)
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
Geographic Coverage We ship within the United States and to most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Packaging & Handling Each custom item is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive additional padding and secure packaging.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Rush orders are not available due to the custom nature of our products
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect packages once shipped
