Acceptance of Terms By placing an order with JuJu Luxury Custom Designing, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Custom Orders All products are custom-made to order. Each item is unique and created specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.
Order Process
- Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt
- Custom creation begins within 1-2 business days of order confirmation
- Processing time is 3-7 business days before shipping
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships
Payment
- Payment is required in full at time of order
- We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods
- Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as custom work has begun
- Changes to custom orders cannot be made once production has started
Returns & Exchanges
- Custom items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival
- Report any issues within 7 days of delivery with photos
- We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion
Intellectual Property
- All designs and creations remain the intellectual property of JuJu Luxury Custom Designing
- Customers may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
